As each project is unique, we each time design a dedicated custom solution. Every single one of our projects is born by combining our Customer expertise in Logistics and our own expertise in autonomous navigation.

Leasing

Effidence proposes Leasing solutions to finance the offered robotics solution. With the help of our Financial Partners, each Leasing project is built on a custom basis to include the global solution: machines, installation & configuration service, Support & Maintenance.

With this global financing service, the purchased Effidence robotics solution is recorded as operating expenses of the year and not as an investment.

Customer Support & Maintenance

A tailored support & maintenance service is proposed for each project.

Maintenance & Repairs may be either directly supplied by Effidence technical team, through Manitou Group network, or may also be transferred to the customer technical team with a dedicated training.  We can also provide tailored Repair, Maintenance and/or Piece-Parts Supply contracts to allow a smooth costs distribution over the time.

A Technical Support Service is also offered to help and coach our Customers during their operations with our robotics solutions.

Installation & Training

Each single project is installed and configured by Effidence or on of our partners. We therefore guarantee the perfect functioning of our robotic solutions.

During this phase, we provide comprehensive customer training in system installation and configuration. It allows the technical team to make any further adjustment in total autonomy during the operational phase: mapping, vehicle behaviour, coordination rules, etc.
